Her background in nursing includes cardiac care, allergy and asthma and family practice. She has her Bachelors and Masters in Nursing, both from Thomas Jefferson University. Cindy continued her education at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is a member of The American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Cindy furthered her education, exploring the mind-body approach to nutrition, at The Institute for the Psychology of Eating.
